Niaz Muhammad was born on September 12, 1983 in Ziarat. He tried hard to get higher education, which was a trouble-some task in the remote mountainous area of Balochistan. In annual examination of intermediate in 2003, he got second position in Balochistan. Niaz Muhammad is doing Masters in International Relations from Balochistan University. Currently he has been appointed as Junior English Teacher (J.E.T) in Education Department of Balochistan. He is interested in international affairs, social activities and current affairs. |

| Niaz Muhammad was politically affiliated with Green Party and during this term, he served as the Youth Shadow Minister for Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs and also member of Standing Committee on Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs. | |||
