divorce while the latter permits polygamous marriage but is
silent on women’s the right to divorce; a clause to safeguard
this fundamental right of women should be appended with both
the legislations and shall not be crossed out in the contract
of Nikah, as is custom, to preserve this right given to women
in Islam.” |
