Ms. Hira Batool Rizvi (YP15-NWFP03) to move the following resolution:

 “This House is of the opinion that the Government of Pakistan should exercise its jurisdiction to examine the legitimacy of the Petroleum Development Levy Ordinance as it violates the rights of the citizens to life, liberty, safety and social justice.”

Mr. Zameer Ahmed Malik (YP50-SINDH02) and Mr. Asad Asghar Janjua (YP37-PUNJAB18) to move the following resolution:

This House is of the opinion that any proposal of division of provinces especially Punjab on the basis of language and ethnicity is rejected.”

Mr. Sufian Ahmed Bajar (YP39-PUNJAB20) to move the following resolution:

“This House is of the opinion that General (Retd) Pervez Musharaf should be tried under Article 6 of the Constitution, for suspending the Constitution and overthrowing an elected government. This act would impede any future attempts to derail democracy in Pakistan.”

"This House is of the opinion that Pakistani Government should use all diplomatic resources to pressurise India into following the water treaty as to avoid the water hoarding being practiced by India.”

“This House is of the opinion that it calls upon the democratic dispensation to immediately take concrete steps for granting constitutional recognition and provincial status to Northern Areas of Pakistan in compliance with the Supreme Court’s decision in Al-Jihad Trust case so as to bring the region out of the political limbo in which it has been entangled since its unconditional accession.”

“This House is of the opinion that Board of intermediate and Secondary Education Quetta should not put a compulsion on young girls to give pictures on Admission forms as Balochistan Tribes do not allow photographs of girls to be on forms, and due to this condition young female ratio of education will be decreased.”
