Government and Political Parties are responsible for political and ethnic unrest in Karachi, Role of media in portraying the actual situation of Karachi is also criticized by Youth Parliament, Pakistan

Islamabad, May 07, 2009: Major political parties of Karachi including MQM, PPPP and ANP are alleviating fire of ethnic, racial and political differences in Province that is leading the country to economic crisis. Karachi is the hub of trade of Pakistan has become the play ground of political parties. These views were expressed as a result of the motion moved by Leader of the opposition Mr. Muhammad Essam Rehmani (YP51-Sindh03) that was extensively discussed and unanimously forwarded and adopted as a resolution.

Mr. Muhammad Sadan Nasir (YP06-Balochistan 04) invited the attention of the Honourable Youth Prime Minister towards the recent killings of political leaders in Balochistan. These killings have resulted in increased sympathy for separatists and have given opportunity to miscreants for executing anti-Pakistan propaganda in Balochistan. Economic and social deprivation is the major factor that created the rebellion school of thought in Balochistan. Youth Prime Mr. Ahmed Ali Babar admitted and committed to compensate the rights of Balochis to minimize the reactionary hatred and intended to bring the facts before media for public.

Mr. Abdullah Khan Leghari (YP48-PUNJAB 29) drew the attention of Honourable Youth Prime Minister regarding the implementation of Nizam-e-Adal regulation in Swat and the problems associated representing hindrances to peace in the region. They criticized the strong reaction of Government against the statement of Sufi Muhammad regarding the denial of democracy but the criminal silence against the practical abolition of democracy and constitution of Pakistan by General Musharraf.
